By allocating risk to the party that is in the best position to identify, evaluate and mitigate the risk, our contracts are accepted by the industry.

Proper coverage is essential. We understand the multiple policies and endorsements that are required to protect our clients’ interest, such as endorsements for subcontracted design/build risks.
